I am hoping that this is just a small set back and maybe you overdid it a bit but only the doc can tell. Where you not seeing a physical therapist for physical therapy after your surgery? Here one has to go to one for weeks and they guide one through the dos and don'ts of physical limits. Just know that others are here for you. Cyber hugs across the miles and lending you my shoulder for a good cry. You have an artificial part inside you & your body, muscles, tissues & blood vessels will all take time to become accustomed to it. Aches & pains are fairly normal & to be expected I think.<br /><br />Keep fightin' on & keep exercising even though you think it might be doing more harm than good it's actually extremely beneficial.Keithnoreply@blogger.com
